Analytics Dashboard with Charts and Metrics

With us, you're in good company. Brands and companies that already trust us:

You created the videos. Now find out how they perform.

Sessions, Views, Completions, Watch Time and more. These figures describe how people really watch your videos: when they press play, how long they stay, and whether they reach the end. That is actual viewing behaviour, not just how often a video file was delivered. The player reports it during playback, so what you read is what happened.

  • Key metrics: Views and sessions

A view is a play that got past the first few seconds. Every other play is still counted as a session. Keeping the two apart stops accidental clicks from watering down your numbers, and the gap between them will tell you something useful about your video content.

  • Completions, quarter by quarter

Completions shows how many plays ran to the end, as a share of views. The funnel underneath splits that into stages at a quarter, half, three quarters and the end. When a video underperforms, the stage where the funnel narrows tells you which part to recut.

  • Watch time that does not flatter

Skipping ahead adds nothing to watch time, and rewatching the same passage does not count twice. You see the total and an average per view, which is the fairer comparison between videos of different lengths. A retention curve shows the drop-off across the runtime, second by second.

  • Your data, in your own tools

Export straight from the charts and the top-videos table, or pull everything through the Ignite REST API into your reporting, a BI tool or a dashboard your team already uses. The figures do not have to live in our interface to be useful to you.

Completion and retention

Did they actually watch it to the end?

This is the question everyone asks first, and the answer sits in three places: completions as a share of views, a funnel through the quarters, and a retention curve across the full runtime.

The curve is the part worth watching. A steep early drop is usually an opening problem. A cliff halfway through is usually the moment the video stops earning attention. Either way you know which minute to work on, instead of guessing at the whole thing.

Library and audience

Your whole library, or one video in detail

Start with the overview: totals across the library, trends over the period you choose, and a ranked list of your top videos. Open any one of them for the per-video detail, including the completion funnel, the retention curve and a live count of who is watching right now.

Depending on the view you also see traffic sources and an audience breakdown by browser and device. Useful when a campaign lands and you want to know where the viewers came from, or when a video performs on desktop and falls flat on mobile.

Video Analytics with detailed Metrics

Every viewer counted.
Without compromising privacy.

Measurement is 100% cookie-free. No tracking cookies, no third-party ad trackers, and no identifier that follows viewers from one website to the next. The player reports the playback itself, which is why the analytics need no consent banner and take nothing away from your reach.

The part your data protection officer will ask about

Every viewer is counted without cookies and without an identifier that follows them across websites. The figures describe your audience as a group, not as identifiable people. No personal data is processed during playback, and no IP addresses are stored, not even temporarily.
