How Studyly brought several hundred maths learning videos to Ignite

Studyly is a digital learning platform for structured, practice-oriented maths teaching. At the heart of it are the Studyly learning paths: they combine theory, explainer videos, exercises that build on each other, and hints and explanations. Learning paths guide students step by step through maths topics, matched to their school level and current knowledge.

Video is a fixed part of that. It doesn't just sit alongside the learning path, it lives inside it. Students watch an explainer video and move straight into the matching exercise, without leaving the platform. Explanations, tasks, hints, and solutions all stay in one connected environment.

Why Studyly wanted to move their videos to Europe

Several hundred short learning videos were hosted with a US provider. That worked, but Studyly wanted to change it: the goal was to replace the US video host with a European one that puts data protection first.

One of the reasons: Studyly's platform serves schools, teachers, and students. For that kind of audience, where the video content lives and how it's handled carries real weight.

There was one condition attached. The videos already existed, and moving them manually with all the details ... not an option. Those details aren't decoration: they're how content gets sorted, managed, and found inside the platform.
